Marketing Manager / Director (GTM Execution Lead)

FlexFactor is building a category-defining payments intelligence platform focused on real-time decline decisioning.

We operate in a complex, education-heavy GTM environment that blends enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, outbound demand generation, and high-impact industry events.

We are not hiring a traditional marketing coordinator.

We are hiring a senior GTM operator who can turn strategy into execution across events, campaigns, product marketing, and field programs—and directly impact pipeline and revenue.

This role sits at the center of our GTM engine and reports directly to the VP of GTM.

What You’ll Own

Field Marketing & Events

• End-to-end ownership of event strategy, execution, and follow-up
• Event selection, sponsorships, and planning
• Pre-event campaigns and meeting generation
• On-site execution support and messaging alignment
• Post-event pipeline activation and follow-up systems

Demand Generation & Campaigns

• Execution of GTM campaigns tied to ICP and target accounts
• Email and lifecycle marketing (HubSpot)
• Campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
• Support for outbound and BDR-driven programs
• Continuous optimization of messaging and conversion flows

Product Marketing Execution

• Translate product positioning into market-facing materials
• Own launch assets, decks, one-pagers, and messaging updates
• Maintain Sales enablement content and competitive positioning
• Ensure consistent narrative across all GTM touchpoints
• Build and maintain core Sales materials:
• Objection handling frameworks
• Support enterprise deal cycles and strategic opportunities
• Ensure Sales has what it needs to win complex deals
• Co-marketing programs with strategic partners and ISOs
• Joint campaigns, webinars, and partner activations
• Support partner-driven demand generation initiatives

Marketing Operations

• HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and reporting
• Vendor and agency coordination
• Budget tracking and execution discipline
• Marketing performance visibility and reporting

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A proven operator, not a coordinator
• Highly execution-oriented with strong ownership instincts
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving GTM environments
• Experienced in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise sales motions
• Strong at both strategy translation and hands-on execution
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and Sales
• 5-10+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS, fintech, or payments preferred)
• Experience owning field marketing, events, or demand generation
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
• Experience supporting enterprise Sales teams with enablement materials
• Proven ability to run campaigns end-to-end
• Cross-functional experience with Sales, Partnerships, and Product
