Golang Lead Developer

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Fully Onsite) This is a 100% onsite role in Las Vegas, NV. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications. Understand and reverse engineer existing applications to support enhancements and modernization initiatives. Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and cross-functional teams. Support WMS-related configurations, integrations, customizations, and workflow automation. Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Conduct code reviews and mentor development team members. Support testing cycles, deployments, production releases, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Drive application performance, scalability, and reliability improvements. Required Qualifications 8+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Engineering role. Strong hands‑on experience with Golang (Go) development. Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems . Strong understanding of databases, integrations, and software architecture principles. Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Experience working within Agile development environments. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Ability to remain hands‑on while leading technical initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations, including: Inventory Management Order Processing Picking & Packing Shipping & Receiving Fulfillment Operations Experience in logistics, supply chain, retail, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
