We help forward‑thinking clients solve problems and improve operations. ProSidian seeks an Executive Coach (USARC0013013) for program support on an exempt 1099 contract. The role is hybrid – on/off client site and virtual across the Southeast United States (Fort Bragg, NC and virtual delivery). It supports an Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment. Job Overview Provide services and support as an Executive Coach in the DOD/Military industry sector. Develop mission‑ready leaders through individualized coaching, strategic guidance, and measurable leadership growth. The coaching program is a personalized leadership development engagement designed to help professionals maximize leadership effectiveness, business acumen, and organizational impact. Learning Objectives Develop leadership effectiveness Strengthen communication and interpersonal skills Enhance business acumen Improve decision‑making Increase self‑awareness and emotional intelligence Overcome professional barriers Create actionable leadership development plans Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one coaching sessions, assess leadership strengths and barriers, develop action plans, and support leadership effectiveness, communication, and business acumen. Provide structured coaching at a rate of six (6) individual sessions lasting 1.5 hours each (9 total hours). Location Hybrid – on/off client site and virtual, headquartered at 4710 Knox Street (Marshall Hall), Fort Bragg, NC 28310‑5010, with delivery across the Southeast United States and U.S. East Coast Region. Desired Qualifications 10+ years of leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational consulting. Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certified coaching credential preferred. Experience in the DOD/Military sector is a distinct advantage. Registered with the National Association of Independent Credentialing (NACI) eligibility required. Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio. Skills & Competencies Executive coaching, leadership assessment, facilitation, communication, emotional intelligence. Leadership development, influence, strategic thinking, resilience, stakeholder engagement. Project management and prioritization of tasks. Professional and management development training initiatives. Other Requirements Knowledge of LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance‑based learning methodologies.
