Position's Contributions To Work Group

Support lab testing of electric drive components and systems – performance and durability testing

Typical Task Breakdown

Develop Test Plan, Coordinate DUT modifications, Instrument and Installation of DUT, Execute testing, Data analysis, Summarize results and conclusions, lead weekly update meetings, document findings, create presentations, troubleshoot issues with test stand, DUT, controls, etc

Education & Experience Required

Years of experience: 2-4 years

Degree requirement: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering

Product development experience

Demonstrated mechanical system troubleshooting skills

Additional Technical Skills

DEWESoft DAS experience, Canape experience

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $36.00 - $37.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
