Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of Maryland (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Flexibility to work onsite, with potential consideration for hybrid arrangements
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support optimal student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing staff development
