Winixx Health is being developed as a healthcare infrastructure platform designed to make preventive healthcare broadly accessible, make early detection a default part of healthcare, and coordinate the transition from detection to clinical review, referral, intervention, emergency response, and follow-up. The long-term vision is to build Winixx Health as an operating layer for healthcare — connecting people, clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency services, hospitals, devices, and other healthcare institutions into a coordinated system while preserving appropriate clinical authority, privacy, consent, and regulatory safeguards. Role Summary The Chief Communications & Public Engagement Officer is responsible for explaining Winixx Health to the public, media, healthcare community, institutions, and other stakeholders in a way that is accurate, understandable, and aligned with the mission. What You'll Do Develop Winixx Health communications strategy Explain complex healthcare infrastructure in accessible language Lead media relations and public communications Develop patient and public education programs Coordinate crisis communications Build communications frameworks for healthcare launches and major initiatives Work with Government & Public Affairs on public-sector communications Work with Clinical & Medical Affairs to ensure health claims and public information are responsible and accurate Develop community-engagement strategy Establish communications standards across Winixx Health Prepare executives and subject-matter experts for public appearances Build public understanding of preventive healthcare, early detection, and healthcare coordination What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Public Policy, English, Healthcare Communications, or a related discipline Demonstrated ability to communicate complex subjects clearly Exceptional writing, speaking, storytelling, and media judgment Strong ability to work with technical and clinical subject-matter experts Demonstrated ability to build communications strategy from first principles Advanced degree valued but not required Healthcare communications experience is valuable but not mandatory Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with demonstrated ability, educational background, and role scope Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Visa sponsorship available for the right talent Full-time executive leadership position Opportunity to help build a new category of healthcare infrastructure Collaborative, mission-driven executive environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Opportunity to participate in a long-term national-scale healthcare initiative Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
