ACCOUNTANT

Job Description The Senior Accountant will have direct exposure to senior leadership, ownership of accounting processes, and the opportunity to build scalable financial infrastructure within a high-growth, multi-entity insurance organization. Key Responsibilities

- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
- Conduct technical accounting research.
- Support external audits.
- Develop and maintain internal controls.
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, and business teams.
- Improve accounting processes and infrastructure.
- Support M&A due diligence and integration.
- 3-4 years accounting experience.
- 2+ years public accounting experience preferred.
- Big 4 or comparable firm background preferred.
- CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred.
- Insurance accounting experience preferred.
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills.
