The position is based in Moreno Valley, CA, with a fast start date and a rewarding caseload. Qualifications:

• Active California Special Education credential (Mild to Moderate or equivalent) required
• Experience working in a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Genuine passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress and inclusion
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to enhance student outcomes
• Provide individualized and small group instruction aligned with curriculum standards
