Diesel Mechanic
$25 - $30 per hourGFL Environmental Inc.
Starting Pay: $25 to $30 per hour. More pay available based on experience, certifications and skill level. Starting Shift: 11am-7pm M-F. Overtime after 40hrs worked. We pay for ASE testing! Once you get your certs is .50 bump per T Series ASE. Benefits 15 days PTO Quarterly Tool Allowance Annual Boot Reimbursement Overtime after 40hrs worked 401K after 6 months employment Health Benefits after 60 days Responsibilities Perform daily inspections, diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs on Diesel Refuse Trucks. Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, PTO systems, and other truck components. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to keep Refuse Trucks operating safely and reliably. Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs to ensure fleet vehicles are ready for daily operation. We thank you for your interest. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
