POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse, you will play a key leadership role while delivering high-quality patient care and supporting nursing staff during night shift operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and evaluations
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
• Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records
• Collaborating with providers and healthcare staff
• Supporting and assisting nursing team members
• Assisting with orientation and training of new staff
• Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and organizational policies
• Supervising and coordinating patient care activities during assigned shifts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Pre-employment drug screening required
• Previous correctional or similar healthcare experience preferred
