Job Title: Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12s (36 hrs/week)
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Part time | Permanent | 3 days a week
Salary Range - $33/hr. -$36/hr. (Based on experience) plus

• Night Shift Differential: $4/hr starting at 7 PM
• Additional Differential: $0.25/hr starting at 11 PM
• Critical Care Differential: $6/hr
• Relocation Bonus: $10,000 (2-year commitment)

We are seeking a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital team in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while providing high-quality support to critically ill patients across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and progress
• Document care using proper medical terminology
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support patient discharge planning and patient education
• Participate in quality improvement and educational activities

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oklahoma or Multi-State Compact)
• Minimum 1 year of Critical Care nursing experience required
• Strong PCU background preferred
• Med-Surg experience may also be considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
