Customer Service Representative

Job Title

Health Benefits Solutions (HBS) supports consumers with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) offered through employer-sponsored benefit plans. Representatives provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account-related inquiries, claims, debit card requests, password resets, lost or stolen cards, statement retrieval, and other account maintenance activities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients and internal partners with clear, accurate, and complete information regarding Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).
• Assist customers with account inquiries, including:
• Filing claims
• Ordering or replacing debit cards
• Password resets
• Reporting lost or stolen cards
• Locating account statements
• Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting performance and quality standards.
• Authenticate customer information and adhere to company policies and procedures to minimize risk.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud or risk concerns when necessary.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to research accounts and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
• Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar.
