Job Description

Job Summary
General Construction Laborers needed for various upcoming projects. All levels of experience and different trades are encouraged to apply.

Duties

Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials as needed
Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
Prior experience in construction or manual labor is required
Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctual
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
Good communication skills and attention to safety procedures
Must be at least 18 years old or older
Reliable transportation is required
