As we build the next chapter of our sales organization, we are bringing on a new class of In-Home Sales Consultants who will help shape a team culture built on competitiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for every homeowner we serve.

Role Overview:

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners across Northern Virginia and Maryland in their homes, understand what they need from their windows and doors, and guide them to the right Windows on Washington solution using our One Call Clarity sales methodology. You will run your own appointments, close business on projects that average $15,000 to $20,000, and build a book of business that grows every year through referrals from happy customers and relationships in the neighborhoods where we are already installing. This is an uncapped, commission based role for a driven, competitive person who wants their income to reflect their effort, and you will be joining as part of a new class of consultants who will help define what the next generation of the Windows on Washington sales team looks like.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager, a hands on leader who works alongside his team both in the office and in the field. As part of the Mosaic Service Partners family, you will benefit from the tools, training, and best practices shared across Mosaic's national network of window and door companies.

Responsibilities:

• Run 2 to 3 in home sales appointments per day within a 50 to 75 mile radius of Sterling, VA, presenting Windows on Washington's replacement window and door solutions to homeowners.
• Close at a minimum of 28% by listening to each homeowner's needs, building trust, and guiding them through the One Call Clarity consultative sales process.
• Build your own book of business by turning every customer into an advocate who refers friends and neighbors, and by visiting the neighbors of active Windows on Washington installations, with the goal of reaching 50% or more self-generated leads by the end of your first year.
• Follow up consistently with homeowners and manage your pipeline, including tracking and revisiting opportunities that did not close on the first visit.
• Keep customer records, quotes, measurements, and sales paperwork accurate and current using HubSpot, our CRM, Vendo, our quoting system, and CoachMo, our AI assisted sales coaching tool.
• Attend the weekly Wednesday morning virtual sales clinic and the Thursday morning in person sales meeting in Sterling.
• Complete a structured 4 week training program that combines a week long boot camp and two weeks of TruCore training with field ride alongs with experienced consultants, building toward running appointments fully on your own.
• Represent Windows on Washington with professionalism in every home and help build a team culture rooted in competitiveness, accountability, and respect for the homeowner.

Role Requirements :

• Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, and collegiate athletes or anyone with a competitive background will feel right at home here.
• Resourceful problem solver who can read a homeowner's concerns, adapt in the moment, and keep an appointment moving toward a decision.
• Competitive team player who pushes to win while supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, high energy team culture.
• Personable, confident communicator who builds rapport quickly, whether that is at a homeowner's kitchen table, over the phone, or in a written follow up.
• No prior sales experience required, since we will train you on our sales process, products, and systems. Entry level or internship experience in door to door or residential sales, such as pest control, energy, or home services, is a plus, and backgrounds like teaching, bartending, and hospitality translate well.
• No managerial experience required. This role is built for driven, gritty, and coachable people who want to take ownership of their earning potential and grow with the business.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and open availability, including evenings and weekends, once the initial training period is complete.

Logistics:

• Report to the Sales Manager.
• Field based role covering Northern Virginia and Maryland, with our office in Sterling, VA, for training and weekly meetings.
• 100% commission after the 4 week training period. During the training period you will receive $1,000 per week and can earn commission on anything you close.
• Commission is paid on the PAR price of every project sold and is time based: 12% for deals closed on day 1 to 2, 10% for day 3 to 10, and 8% for day 11 and beyond.
