What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care for cardiac ICU patients, ensuring optimal outcomes
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced cardiac monitoring
• Manage ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, and balloon pumps
• Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and document care in Epic electronic medical record system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
• Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and patient comfort

What You Need

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, specifically in Cardiac ICU setting
• Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, vents, SWANZ, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, PA lines, Epic experience

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with complex cardiac procedures and devices
