Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid)
Position Summary :
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and financial modeling to support strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
- Monitor cash flow, cost controls, capital expenditures, and financial performance.
- Support audits, compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
- Manage manufacturing finance, cost accounting, product costing, and margin analysis.
- Develop financial processes, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve business performance.
- Communicate financial insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience.
- Strong FP&A, financial modeling, reporting, and accounting skills.
- Manufacturing finance and ERP/Excel/BI experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, controls, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required .
