The Human Resources Specialist will utilize a broad range of HR tools and systems, including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and others, to support various HR functions.* Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.* Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.* Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, HIPAA standards, and other relevant legal requirements.* Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality; serve as a point of contact for employee concerns* Manage workers' compensation claims and facilitate regulatory reporting requirements.* Utilize HRIS systems like Workday, ADP and or Harri for data analysis and reporting purposes.* Collaborate with management on HR policies related to employment law and company standards; prepare reports on HR metrics for leadership review. #J-18808-Ljbffr
