Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and support a broad range of HR functions within a dynamic and growing organization. This role will serve as a key partner to employees and leadership, helping drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees Support employee relations by responding to employee and manager inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures Administer employee benefit programs and coordinate with external vendors as needed Oversee leave administration and ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations Support payroll processes in partnership with internal stakeholders and external providers Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files Assist with performance management initiatives, employee development programs, and training activities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Participate in HR projects, process improvements, audits, and system enhancements Foster a positive workplace culture and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Professional HR certification preferred. 5+ years of progressive human resources experience. Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, leave management, and payroll processes. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, and other HR technologies. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with employees, managers, and leadership teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
