We're seeking an Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage an existing book of business while helping clients identify coverage needs and securing new insurance opportunities. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing objective recommendations and personalized service that puts the client's best interests first.

• Base salary starting at $45,000-$70,000+ based on experience , along with bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing book of business
• Respond to client questions and provide coverage guidance
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and invoicing requests
• Review renewals and remarket policies when appropriate
• Quote, present, and sell new insurance policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within agency systems

Requirements

• Active 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license
• Personal lines insurance experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional service
• AMS360 experience preferred but not required
