About the Role The Clinical Operations Specialist is the heartbeat of our clinical floor — the connection point between our front desk team, our doctors, and our patients. You're the person who makes sure every patient's visit flows smoothly from the moment they walk in until they're checked out, and the person our doctors count on to keep the clinical day running on time. This is a hands‑on, people‑facing role. You'll work directly with patients during their most important visits — their first exam, their progress evaluations, and their ongoing care — and serve as their advocate and guide throughout their care journey. What You'll Do Perform patient scans and X‑rays, and assist our doctors with new patient exams and progress evaluations Prepare patients for their visits and guide them through each step of their appointment Manage the flow of the clinical floor — keeping doctors on schedule and patients moving smoothly through their visits Serve as the liaison between the front desk and the clinical team, and between patients and doctors Support patient education, answering questions and reinforcing care recommendations Maintain accurate documentation in our practice management system Keep exam rooms and clinical equipment organized, stocked, and ready Contribute to team meetings, weekly trainings, and office events Who You Are Warm and genuinely great with people — patients feel comfortable around you immediately Highly organized and calm under pace; you can juggle multiple patients and priorities without dropping details A clear communicator who works well with doctors, teammates, and patients alike Coachable and eager to learn — you take training seriously and love getting better at your craft Reliable, punctual, and take ownership of your responsibilities Aligned with a wellness‑focused, natural approach to health X‑Ray Certification This role involves taking patient X‑rays. Ohio limited X‑ray machine operator certification is required — but if you're not yet certified, we'll help you get there. We're happy to support the right candidate through the certification process after hire.
