Clinic Support Representatives promote a high level of customer service and a caring environment for patients, always acting in the best interest of the patient. Qualifications High school diploma 4 or more years of customer service experience in a medical office/clinic, or hospital registration/admissions setting Insurance Verification experience Working knowledge of funding sources and regulatory issues impacting Health Care billing and collection functions.
