Alliance Manager

Reporting to the VP of Global Partner Channels & Alliances, the full-time salaried Alliance Manager will lead a high-performing team responsible for strategic partnerships, driving market growth through innovative data and AI solutions while fostering collaboration and team development. Key responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of Alliance professionals while driving high-value business development and strategic vision for key alliances Orchestrate alliance governance and ensure strategic alignment through regular executive checkpoints and quarterly business reviews Direct complex sales engagements and mentor the team on account planning and solution development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in Alliance Management and 3-5+ years leading Alliance teams in the Analytics or Data Platform market Proven track record of driving revenue through partner influence and managing departmental performance Experience in developing integrated solutions and joint offerings with partners Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and ability to travel as required Exceptional self-starter with strong organizational prioritization skills and ability to thrive in high-velocity environments
