We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk to support vehicle title and registration activities for clients in Delray Beach, Florida. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can manage high-volume administrative work, communicate clearly with external partners, and keep account documentation accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment where responsive service and precision are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the intake, sorting, and handling of electronic files and mailed paperwork related to title and registration processing.
• Communicate with lenders, dealerships, motor vehicle agencies, and applicants to provide updates and obtain missing information needed to move accounts forward.
• Examine account records and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
• Prepare and submit items requiring balance approval by following established company guidelines and quality standards.
• Track open accounts and maintain follow-up schedules to help ensure timely completion of title and registration tasks.
• Investigate documentation issues, status delays, and account discrepancies, then take action to help resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain organized records through scanning, filing, and document management activities to support accurate account history.
• Deliver responsive client support in a fast-paced setting while prioritizing multiple requests and deadlines effectively.• Experience with title processing, title research, title examination, or title clearing activities.
• Ability to review documents carefully and identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete information.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups at the same time.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, agencies, and applicants.
• Proficiency in scanning, organizing, and maintaining both electronic and physical documentation.
• Comfort working in a high-volume environment that requires accuracy, reliability, and consistent attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of preliminary title reports or related title documentation is preferred.
