Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required prior to the assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient hospital settings preferred.
• Experience with ReDoc and MedHost electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to manage a typical caseload of approximately 9–11 patients per day.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts as required by the facility.

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0700-1600.
• Typical outpatient hours: 0800-1700 Monday–Thursday and 0800-1300 Friday.
• Weekend shifts required.
• Outpatient role with occasional inpatient coverage as needed.
