Hotel Reservations Support Specialist - Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals interested in assisting clients with hotel accommodations, reservations, and vacation planning. The Hotel Reservations Support Specialist works remotely to research lodging options, coordinate reservation details, and provide personalized support throughout the planning and booking process.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong organizational and communication skills, and are comfortable learning online reservation systems and industry resources. Training and resources are provided to help individuals develop the knowledge needed to assist clients with hotels, resorts, and other vacation-related services.

• Research hotels, resorts, and accommodation options based on client preferences and needs
• Assist clients with availability, reservation options, and booking details
• Coordinate accommodations and related vacation components when requested
• Review reservation information for accuracy prior to confirmation
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the planning and booking process
• Assist with reservation updates, changes, and general questions
• Maintain organized client and booking records
• Utilize approved reservation platforms and industry resources
• Stay informed about properties, destinations, promotions, and booking procedures
• Provide attentive follow-up and personalized client service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable researching and comparing information online
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Willingness to complete training and learn reservation systems
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, reservations, or related fields is helpful but not required
