Position Overview

Tony Brewer State Farm is a neighborhood agency rooted in the Carrollton, GA community. We are hiring a Part-Time Insurance Account Representative who wants to grow a sales practice among the people they live near — neighbors, local business owners, and families whose lives we are part of every day. This is local sales with real relationships at the center. This is an in-office, part-time role working 20-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Follow a structured sales process from first conversation through policy placement and follow-up
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication

Pay range: $3,000-$5,000 per month
