Vice President of Operations | Michigan-Based Specialty Retailer | Detroit Metro The Role The VP of Operations will serve as the company's senior operational executive responsible for translating a bold growth vision into the infrastructure, processes, and people systems needed to execute it. This is a hands‑on leadership role with five direct reports and enterprise-wide accountability across warehouse operations, last‑mile delivery, inventory, technology integration, vendor partnerships, and new store launches.
