Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruiter – GTM | AI & Life Sciences | Miami

$75,000 - $85,000 Base | Uncapped Commission | 4 Days Office / 1 Day Remote

We’ve been retained by an international Life Sciences search firm headquartered in Miami looking to hire an experienced recruiter into its growing GTM practice.

\n

\n

The opportunity sits at the intersection of AI and Life Sciences, recruiting the commercial people taking increasingly sophisticated products and technologies to market.

\n

\n

AI-native biotech, computational drug discovery, TechBio, HealthTech, precision medicine and technology-enabled Pharma are attracting significant investment and building commercial teams across Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Commercial Strategy and senior leadership.

\n

\n

You’ll be joining an established, profitable platform with live jobs, existing client relationships and a high-performing team around you.

\n

\n

The platform:

• $75,000 - $85,000 base salary DOE

\n

• 4 days in the Miami office / 1 day remote

\n

• Uncapped commission

\n

• One of the strongest commission structures in the recruitment industry

• Average fees around $60,000

\n

• Multiple $1m+ billers across the wider business

\n

• Established Pharma, Biotech and HealthTech relationships

\n

• Live requirements and existing client relationships

\n

\n

• Scope to develop and own the GTM market

The commission structure is an important part of this opportunity.

\n

\n

There is a significant difference between being good at recruitment and being properly rewarded for being good at recruitment. The structure here has been designed to heavily reward high performance, with no artificial ceiling on what successful recruiters can earn.

\n

\n

When you combine that with average fees of around $60,000, established client access and a business where multiple recruiters already bill more than $1m annually, the earning potential is considerably different to a traditional staffing model.

\n

\n

We’re looking for a proven 360 recruiter who can develop senior relationships, win business and build within a specialist market.

\n

\n

Previous Life Sciences recruitment experience isn’t essential. You could currently recruit across AI, SaaS, Technology or another specialist market where you’ve successfully worked with Sales and GTM talent.

\n

\n

Experience developing relationships with Founders, CROs, CCOs, VPs of Sales and other senior commercial leaders would be particularly relevant.

\n

\n
