Pay depends on experience and demonstration that you are capable of meeting company standards and requirements.Benefits include 4 day work week when not in season, 1 week paid time off after 1 year, 2 weeks paid time off after 3 years, 6 paid holidays after 6 months, employer matching simpler IRA plan, ongoing training and promotion opportunities, company cookouts and team socials.Duties and Responsibilities Include:Responsible for supervising a crew of 2-6 landscape techniciansResponsible for landscape technician's quality and efficiency of workOversee the safety rules and regulations according to company standardsResponsible for the proper usage of all equipment and tools (zero turn mowers, trimmers and other outdoor power equipment)Must provide outstanding customer service, well organized, trust worthy, sharp minded, courteous and able to get along well with othersBe able to drive up to one ton trucks (including trucks with manual transmissions); trucks may involve pulling trailersInstallation of plants, mulch, irrigation systems, lighting systems, patios, decks etc. May be exposed to chemicals and fertilizersTraining will be provided in all areasRequirements and Qualifications: 12 months experience; valid driver's license; access to reliable transportation; ability to pass pre-employment test and background check. Pay scale for the Crew Leader position is $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and demonstration that you are capable of meeting company standards and requirements.
