Senior Director Human Resources

Insight Global is seeking to identify a Senior Director of Human Resources who will play a key leadership role in connecting people, culture, and business performance across the enterprise. Reporting into executive leadership, this individual will provide strategic direction and hands‑on leadership across core HR functions including business partnerships, total rewards, and employee development. What You’ll Be Responsible For Provide leadership across HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Development, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach Partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders to align talent strategy with operational goals Build and maintain a people operating framework that connects strategy to execution with clear processes and measurable outcomes Act as a cultural leader, helping bring company values to life across teams and locations Education Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration preferred Experience 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Experience supporting both corporate functions and field‑based operations Core Strengths Proven ability to lead and integrate multiple HR functions within a complex organization Strong track record of developing leaders and driving organizational change Experience building scalable HR systems and processes Key Areas of Expertise Enterprise HR strategy and systems Workforce planning and analytics Organizational development and change management Compliance and employment practices Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
