Job Title

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | Variable Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting at a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients
• Administer medications, monitor hemodynamic status, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Float to other departments, units, or facilities within the health system as needed based on staffing requirements
• Complete required compliance modules during pre-start and annually as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required; proof must be provided at time of submission
• Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a teaching hospital setting
• Familiarity with large academic or multi-facility health system environments
