Benefits: Health insurance is available after 90 days of full-time employment Afflac benefits are available after 90 days of full-time employment 401K after one year of full-time employment PTO Responsibilities: Companionship to seniors engaging in activities and games Personal Care Assistance with daily activities such as: medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout your scheduled time with them Encouraging light exercise to keep the client active and physically moving Tidying up the house and keeping the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client Transporting the client to nearby appointments or engagements, assisting with running errands, taking your client to social activities, doctor's appointments, or events with their family and friends Establishing a solid line of communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and SYNERGY office staff Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts We service clients in the following areas (before applying, please be aware of our territory) Alpharetta Buckhead Crabapple Cumming Duluth Dunwoody Johns Creek Milton Norcross North Atlanta Area Peachtree Corners Roswell Requirements: 1+ years of prior caregiving experience (preferred but not essential) Reliable transportation Pass a background check Must have or be willing to acquire the following: CPR Certification A Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test CNA License OR pass a PCA Test (provided on site) A valid driver's license or ID A huge heart to care! #J-18808-Ljbffr Synergy Homecare North Atlanta
