This role involves direct reporting to senior management and requires frequent travel to different locations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple field teams for efficient project execution
• Plan and schedule projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance regulations
• Monitor team performance and implement improvements as necessary
• Enforce compliance with company and legal standards across sites
• Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management
• Manage material logistics and coordination for field operations
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field operations management
