ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

The ASSISTANT HR MANAGER, ROYAL BEACH CLUB supports the DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES in all facets of Human Resources operations including the implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational goals. This role understands the needs of the overall business and provides all the necessary assistance to the DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES to implement, optimize, and lead best in class policies, procedures, systems, and practices in all aspects of the Team Member engagement: communication, organizational design, recruitment, recognition, disciplinary, compensation, benefits, and work relations.

All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way

philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental guidelines.

This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties performed by the destination Team Member occupying this position. All Team Members may be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management. The nature of this job requires daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
