Tax Preparer

Tax Guys Inc. is a boutique tax preparation firm specializing in individual and business tax returns. We serve a loyal client base that expects a high level of accuracy, personalized attention, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced tax preparer who understands the importance of building long-term client relationships and would complement our team and our commitment to providing exceptional service. While the majority of our business is seasonal, our office operates year-round. Job Duties: Prepare accurate individual tax returns and related schedules Review client documents for completeness and accuracy Conduct interviews with returning and prospective clients Answer phones and greet clients in a professional manner Follow up with clients regarding documents and information Assist with filing and general office/clerical duties Maintain the confidentiality of client and financial information Required Qualifications: High school diploma or higher Current California CTEC registration and valid PTIN Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing individual income tax returns Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment Comfortable working with computers and tax preparation software Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
