As a member of the Payment Integrity team, our AD Product Management leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Payment Integrity capabilities that improve payment accuracy, strengthen pre- and post-payment controls, and reduce avoidable medical expense. Advanced degree preferred.6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills and Attributes:Strong knowledge of health plan claims, payment integrity, reimbursement, pre- and post-payment workflows, or related health plan operationsProven ability to translate complex operational and technical needs into product strategy, roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomesExperience leading cross-functional work across Claims, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and vendor partnersStrong business acumen with the ability to use data, financial impact, quality measures, and operational performance to guide prioritization and investment decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership and stakeholders at all levelsSkilled at navigating complex issues, dependencies, and trade-offs while creating clarity and driving decisionsDemonstrated success managing strategic relationships with external partners and vendorsExperience with claims editing, payment policy, coding, reimbursement, audit, or payment integrity technology strongly preferred. The full salary range is $141,000 - $231,000 and the bonus target is 20%. The expected salary range is $150,500 - $203,600. Regional pay structure — applies to North Dakota and Idaho and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The full salary range is $127,000 - $208,000 and the bonus target is 20%.
