Job Summary

This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes their extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

Job Description

Signing bonus valued at $2,000 to be paid in two installments. The first $500 will be issued in the pay period following 90 days of employment, and the final $1,500 after 180 days of employment. Bonus is only payable if the employee is in good standing continuously through the date each payment is made. Only candidates hired into the role externally are eligible for the signing bonus during the applicable offering period. (subject to terms and exclusions)

$69,168 + Salary is base + commission

Core Responsibilities

• Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area
• Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
• Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively. Evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations
• Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers
• Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast
• Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
• Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Base Pay: $35,168.00Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $69,168.00Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
