Scranton Dodge is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our growing team. If you have proven sales experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and follow up consistently, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong follow-up habits — daily calls, texts, and emails are a must
Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
Professional attitude with a desire to grow and succeed

Key Responsibilities

Work with customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
Proactively follow up with leads, appointments, and past customers
Make consistent outbound calls to drive traffic and close deals
Build long-term relationships and repeat business
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes
Provide an outstanding customer experience every step of the way

Requirements:

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Sales experience required, preferably in automotive
Valid Driver's License

We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission.
