The site specializes in the formulation and production of traditional gelatin gummies and 100% plant‑based pectin gummies for nutritional supplements and nutraceutical applications, supporting a wide range of consumer health products. With strong in‑house R&D, quality laboratories, and flexible manufacturing and packaging capabilities, the Greendale operation partners closely with customers to develop innovative, high‑quality, and consumer‑friendly gummy delivery formats across a variety of flavors, shapes, and functional ingredients, all produced under rigorous quality and food‑safety standards. Position Summary Position Summary We have an opportunity for a Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will support key accounting functions including vendor invoice processing, billing, and reconciliations. You will help ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic finance team and gain valuable experience in a collaborative environment. Location: Greendale, IN 100% Onsite The Role Assist with processing vendor invoices and employee expense reports. Support customer billing, cash applications, and collections activities. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable subledgers to the general ledger. Prepare and post journal entries. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations. Assist with the month‑end and year‑end close processes. Assist with internal and external audits by providing schedules, samples, and explanations. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies. Other duties as assigned. The Candidate Minimum Requirements High School Diploma. Minimum one year of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0–15 pounds. Preferred Skills & Background Associate’s degree in Accounting.
