Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Operations Supervisor position is located in the Buford, GA area and offers a direct hire opportunity. This company is known for its commitment to maintaining high safety standards and quality in its production processes.

Shift of the Operations Supervisor:
2nd Shift 3:00pm - 2:00am

Pay Rate of the Operations Supervisor:
$31.25/hr

Responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor:

Oversee all plant operations during second shift hours to meet production goals and safety protocols.
Coordinate activities of supervisory staff to ensure departmental efficiency and compliance.
Ensure adherence to GMPs, safety standards, and company policies at all times.
Provide coaching, training, and support to staff for continuous improvement.
Monitor the work environment to maintain a safe and organized facility.

Qualifications of the Operations Supervisor:

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Strong understanding of GMPs and safety regulations.
Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to generate and submit production reports accurately.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and team management.
