Licensed Massage Therapist FT or PT

Hand and Stone Village District is looking for talented Licensed Massage Therapists.

Benefits include health insurance with a $2,000 employer contribution, dental, vision, life, supplemental, and medical benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match, bi-weekly pay with tips paid out the same day if tipped in cash, paid time off, continuing education support, experienced management, and employee parking.

The average total compensation is $80,000, which includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours per week. The base rate is $28 to $32 per 50-minute massage. Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price, with the average tip for our base service being $20-$30, and it increases with upgrades.

Requirements include an active massage therapy license. As a massage therapist, you will maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance, deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience, follow our "Key Ingredients" standard to educate and empower clients, communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, and participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars.

The hiring process includes a live team member reaching out to all licensed applicants within 24 hours, scheduling an in-person interview within 48 hours, and typically completing the hiring process within 7 days.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
