Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s psychological status, providing a strong foundation for individualized treatment planning.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that consider each patient’s unique needs and experiences, focusing on achievable therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, where patients can express their emotions, enhance coping skills, and promote personal growth in a supportive environment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated patient care, ensuring that therapeutic interventions align with pharmacological treatments.

• Respond to crisis situations, applying appropriate intervention strategies, and providing immediate support to patients during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and effective evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as familiarity with digital therapy tools.

• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience in clinical practice preferred.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy across a spectrum of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
