The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with HR on strategy and provide proactive system solutions with a strong focus on driving the continuous improvement of automation, self-service, employee experience and data integrity.The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst supports the global design and administration of our core HR system of record. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with HR on strategy and provide proactive system solutions with a strong focus on driving the continuous improvement of automation, self-service, employee experience and data integrity.Partners with assigned HR Centers of Excellence to drive HRIS roadmapStrong member of technology community to understand and implement best practices and key HR trendsDevelop reports and dashboards from customers strategy, goals and requirementsCollaborates with and provide superior services to internal customersLiaison with support role(s) on process, workflow, and trainingUses data to drive decision making and solve for root causeConfigures and tests the various system solutions to best meet the organization’s needs while leveraging technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer orientedAssists with other HR projects as assignedAble to work hybrid from Lincolnshire, IL (3 days in office/2 remote)Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years of professional experience in a technical role3+ years in HRIS system administration including Workday HCM implementation and configuration experience10% travelPreferred Qualifications:LMS and Talent & Performance Workday experienceSelf-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring People Partners and employees have the best tools and processesSolid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExperience with complexity of global projectsStrong understanding of HR concepts, practices and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the company, ability to manage by influenceAbility to maintain strict confidentialityEqual Opportunity Employer:Zebra is an equal opportunity employer.
