As a Wellness Nurse RN, you oversee resident health, strengthen clinical systems, and support medication safety and regulatory compliance across the community. What You'll Do Conduct move-in, 3-day, semi-annual, and change-of-condition assessments Perform monthly wellness visits and monitor health trends Follow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returns Transcribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentation Complete medication audits and oversee medication program compliance Partner with families, physicians, and the Resident Care Director Promote infection control and survey readiness Provide clinical guidance and training to care staff You serve as a proactive clinical resource preventing decline through assessment, early intervention, and strong documentation oversight. What We're Looking For Active RN license in good standing Graduate of approved nursing program 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting Strong assessment, regulatory, and communication skills Wellness Nurse (RN) - Promote Resident Health Through Proactive Clinical Care and AssessmentRegistered Nurse | RN | Wellness Nurse | Senior Living | Clinical Assessment | Resident Care Pay Range 41.00 - 56.65 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
