Job Description We are seeking a Project manager for our residential remodeling company. You will oversee custom home renovations from contract to completion. Your duties include managing daily job sites, directing subcontractors, ordering materials, maintaining budgets, and ensuring top-tier client communication. Salary ranges based on experience. Job Details Role Overview Position Type: Full-Time Location: Field and office-based Reports To: Company Owner Key Responsibilities Client Relations: Lead weekly updates and guide clients through selections. Schedule Management: Build and maintain project timelines. Subcontractor Oversight: Hire, schedule, and inspect trade partner work. Budget Control: Track project costs and approve vendor invoices. Quality & Safety: Ensure job sites are clean and safe. Qualifications & Skills Experience: experience in residential construction management preferred.
