Systems Administrator

To support scheduling operations, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all while working remotely from authorized locations in Colorado and other KP regions. Key responsibilities: Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access criteria Manage data practices and ensure the integrity of healthcare scheduling workflows Provide high-level technical support and facilitate communication between staff and clinicians regarding schedule changes Required qualifications: Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years of direct technical support experience Associate's degree in a relevant field or two years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree Experience in coordinating systems or projects Applied analytical skills, including data analysis Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
