What You'll Do Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation. Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences. Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations that provide the best travel experience. Handle a wide range of bookings from simple to complex, including non‑standard and multi‑destination itineraries, ticket exchanges, and complex fares. Make changes or solve any issues that might occur during or before travel assignments, including routine and non‑routine work. What We're Looking For 3 or more years of experience as a Travel Consultant (or 5 years in another customer service industry). Advanced knowledge of the Global Distribution System (Sabre) or equivalent. U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract. A genuine passion for high‑quality customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, “can do” attitude. Willingness to learn and grow. Military experience or certifications may substitute for some requirements.
