You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way. This role is about making a difference—helping businesses thrive and communities prosper. How you'll make an impact Be the go-to person for your clients. Lead the renewal process, ensuring tailored solutions are delivered on time. Collaborate with the production team to secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth. By cultivating relationships with clients and their representatives, you'll enhance Gallagher's value and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement. About You Required Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred Experience in account management or a related field. Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors A knack for building and maintaining relationships. The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms. A proactive approach to managing accounts and solving problems. A commitment to delivering exceptional service. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
