DROVE Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Grandview Hotel, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Food & Beverage Supervisor. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality food.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train food and beverage staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies
• Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-maintained
• Develop and implement new menus and promotions to increase revenue
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage budgets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
