Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary tests, and developing personalized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health conditions in collaboration with healthcare providers or independently (as credentialing allows)
• Informing patients and their families about preventative measures, wellness topics, and chronic disease management

Educational Qualifications

• Current NP licensure in the state of Wisconsin
